Posture affects how you look, feel, and how others perceive you. Bad posture compresses your organs and
spine, destabilizes your joints, and causes pain. Not to mention that it just looks bad. It's an energy black hole that caves in
on itself, sending a message to everyone you meet that you are stressed,
self-conscious, tired, or even unhealthy.
